Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy applies for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided (an order number or receipt).

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products and for health, hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Opened or used vape devices
• Opened disposable vapes
• E-liquids or pods once unsealed
• Clearance or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Digital or downloadable products

Important: We do not accept returns of products showing any signs of use, tampering or activation.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once the issue has been verified, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

• A replacement
• Store credit
• A refund to the original payment method

Refunds (if approved)

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

• The refund is issued to the original payment method.
• Processing usually takes 5–10 business days.
