Prices on the website are displayed in Russian roubles (RUB, ₽).

3. Available payment methods

Payment methods, providers and eligible regions at launch; the minimum and maximum payment amounts are RUB 100–300,000.

4. Authorisation, charging and order confirmation

Payment initiation, pre-authorisation or actual charging times, and the relationship between successful payment and order acceptance. An order number is generated after successful payment. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team.

5. Failed payments or duplicate charges

If a payment fails, first check the payment details and contact your card issuer or payment provider. Do not submit repeatedly while the status is unknown. If you suspect a duplicate charge, use the Contact us page to provide the time, amount and a transaction reference that is safe to share. Do not send your full card number, security code or password.

6. Security and fraud prevention

Orders may undergo automated or manual security checks. Additional evidence that may be requested, conditions for holding or cancelling orders, and payment data. The website will not ask for passwords or full card security codes through chat or email.

7. Refunds

The process and expected crediting time after a refund is approved should be consistent with the Refund and Returns Policy and the actual payment provider’s procedures. Crediting times may vary between institutions; processing is to be completed within 48 hours.

8. Taxes and payment documentation

Whether prices include tax, how invoices or receipts are provided, and any import charges depend on the relevant region.

For payment enquiries, use the Contact us page and provide only the non-sensitive transaction information needed to resolve the issue.
